Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Within 30 days of the date of purchase
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit (if applicable)
Final Sale Items
Items that have been marked down or discounted are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not accept returns on gift certificates.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@braiandco.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
Exchanges
At this time, we cannot accommodate product exchanges. Customers should follow the return process to receive a refund for their item to their original form of payment.
Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you regarding the status of your refund, exchange, or damaged item claim within 48 hours.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. When approved, you will receive your refund in the method of reimbursement selected in your return request (either original form of payment or store credit).
How do I cancel my order?
Please email info@braiandco.com as soon as possible with your cancellation request. Make sure to include “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please know that once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, your order can no longer be canceled.
