We're Navi and Justine. We're two friends who grew even closer through the shared journey of motherhood. Navi has two boys, and Justine has two girls.
BRAI + CO. is a Canadian baby and toddler mealtime brand specializing in thoughtfully designed stainless steel and silicone tableware. Founded in British Columbia by two moms, we create durable feeding essentials using 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone, with products independently third-party tested for applicable Canadian and U.S. safety requirements.
Most days, you'll find us sending each other photos of our kids, swapping recipes, sharing parenting wins and struggles, and talking through the beautiful chaos that comes with raising little ones.
BRAI + CO. began during one of those conversations.
Like many parents, we often found ourselves feeling overwhelmed by product recalls, concerning headlines, and the constant questions surrounding what our children eat and the products they use every day.
As we talked, we found ourselves reflecting on our own childhoods. We both grew up using stainless steel tableware, and amazingly, our parents still have some of those same dishes today. They were durable, long-lasting, and made to withstand years of everyday use.
And just like that, BRAI_+ CO. was born.
We're not a large corporation. We're two moms behind every part of this business.
From researching manufacturers, responding to customer emails, and packing orders, we're involved in every step of the process.
Safety and material choice became a major part of that process. We chose 304 stainless steel paired with food-grade silicone and independently test our products against applicable Canadian and U.S. children's product safety requirements.
