Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the option selected at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with most orders processed within 1 business day.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Please note that during peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over $99. We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship exclusively to Canada. We hope to offer internationally shipping soon!

How much does it cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, all orders over $100 are shipped for free. Please ensure that the total cost of your order is over $100 after any discount codes are applied to qualify for free shipping.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

How do I start a return or exchange?

We currently ship exclusively to Canada. We hope to offer internationally shipping soon!

Can I return a gift?

Yes—we’re happy to accept returns for gifts within our standard return window.

Gift returns are eligible for store credit only, which will be issued to the recipient once the return has been received and approved. Refunds are not issued to the original form of payment for gift returns.

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or gift receipt) is required to process a return.

What should I do if an item is damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry if something isn’t right. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@braiandco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will take a look and make it right as quickly as possible.

What materials do you use?

We use premium 304 (18/8) stainless steel, selected for its durability, safety, and resistance to corrosion.

We use 100% food-grade silicone, chosen for its quality, safety, and long-lasting performance.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Yes. All of our products are fully dishwasher safe for effortless care.

Should the silicone sleeves be removed before washing?

Removal is not required, but optional. The silicone sleeves are designed to remain in place and are completely dishwasher safe.

Each product is independently tested at a globally recognized, CPSC-accredited facility to ensure it meets the highest safety standards.

Do your products contain harmful substances?

All products are rigorously screened for lead, BPA, phthalates, and cadmium. None are detected during testing.
