Easy Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough — Kid-Friendly
This easy Greek yogurt pizza dough is a simple, kid friendly recipe that perfect for homemade pizza night! With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious, restaurant style pizza at home that the whole family will love!

Makes: 2 small/medium pizzas
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 egg
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds + flax seeds
1–2 tbsp warm water, only if needed
Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder + ½ tsp Italian seasoning for extra flavor

How to make it
1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, Greek yogurt and olive oil.
3. Add wet to dry and mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead for 3–5 minutes. You want it soft and slightly tacky, but not sticky.
5. If it feels dry, add warm water 1 teaspoon at a time.
6. Cover and let it rest for 20–30 minutes. This makes a surprisingly big difference in texture.
7. Divide into 2 balls and stretch/roll them out. Don’t make them paper thin—leave the edges a little thicker.
8. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
9. Serve on BRAI + CO Stainless Steel Plates!

🔥 For the best pizza texture
Get your oven VERY hot—475°F if your oven allows it. Put your pizza pan or baking sheet in
the oven while it preheats so the surface gets hot.
Add:
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella
- Your toppings
- Tiny drizzle of olive oil around the crust
Bake for about 10–14 minutes, until the bottom is browned and the edges are golden.
My biggest tip: If you want it to taste more like actual restaurant pizza, don’t overload it with sauce or cheese. A thin layer of sauce + moderate mozzarella + high heat will get you much closer.
